When my fashionista heart falls in love, usually it’s with a pair of amazing Manolo Blahniks, or an incredible piece from Chanel.  I never thought the day would come when I would fall in love…..with a shower curtain. 

I didn’t mean for it to happen. I had no plans to redecorate my bathroom. But when I saw this shower curtain which looks like the window of a Paris dress shop, suddenly I had to have it and make my dreary bathroom Parisienne Chic.

I saw it at Bed, Bath and Beyond, It was love at first sight. I only went into the store for one thing. But that changed when I saw this…..shower curtain.

After I bought it and put it up, I realized I also needed the matching accessories. And new towels. And a new rug. 

After many trips back to the store, along with  trying to choose between cherry red towels or crimson towels, I finally finished. And for the first time in years…I love my bathroom. It’s tres chic!

Not done yet! I need another set of towels in another color. I’m thinking of a dark, slate gray. And I may need a few more accessories. It’s like when you buy a dress or a new outfit. As soon as you get it you start thinking about what you can put with it. Of course I do wish I was adding a cute pair of Manolos or a new Chanel handbag…but this will have to curve my fashionista cravings for now.

Back to the store! I think I’ll get the Parisienne Chic tissue box cover…or maybe the curtain holders shaped like shoes…..
